Дискуссионный клуб «Диалог», образованный в ноябре 2022 года, зарекомендовал себя как авторитетная международная площадка для обсуждения вопросов социально-экономических, гуманитарных, научных, образовательных и культурных аспектов общества. Открытое общение между участниками Клуба позволяет рассмотреть актуальные вопросы на международном уровне, перенять положительный опыт коллег, укрепить стратегическое партнерство между странами, определить направления развития взаимовыгодного многопланового сотрудничества.
The “Dialogue” Discussion Club, founded in November 2022, has established itself as a reputable international platform for discussions on socio-economic, humanitarian, and scientific issues, educational and cultural aspects of society. Open communication between Club members allows them to discuss current issues at the international level, learn from the best practices of colleagues, strengthen strategic partnership between countries, and identify areas of focus for the development of mutually beneficial, multifaceted cooperation.

Интерес к Клубу большой, география и круг участников постоянно увеличивается. Обсуждаемые темы заседаний актуальны и важны для многих стран.
В рамках работы клуба обсуждались глобальные вызовы и проблемы повышения качества жизни населения, проблемы сохранения культурного наследия как фактора укрепления государственности, мировые проблемы экологии, обеспечения экологической безопасности, культуры водопользования и борьбы с засухой, угрозы безопасности государства и общества в цифровом мире: от киберпреступности до интеллектуальных систем.
В работе «Диалога» принимают участие представители России, Китая, Таджикистана, Шри-Ланки, Индии, Беларуси, Марокко, Киргизии, Турции, Азербайджана, Белоруссии, Казахстана, Таджикистана и Туркменистана.

В современном мире космос становится всё более значимым фактором, влияющим на международные отношения и безопасность. Исследования и использование космического пространства открывают новые возможности для научных открытий, экономического развития и обеспечения обороноспособности стран. В то же время освоение космоса сопряжено с рисками и вызовами, включая возможность милитаризации космического пространства и возникновения конфликтов за ресурсы. Возрастает необходимость в международном сотрудничестве и согласовании правил поведения в космосе, чтобы избежать конфликтов и сохранить мирное использование космического пространства.
Поэтому обсуждение вопросов мирного космоса и его развития на международном уровне становится всё более важным для поддержания стабильности и безопасности в мире.
В начале 2026 года на базе Владимирского филиала Президентской академии начала работу Лаборатория космического права, в планах работы которой – проведение научно-практических мероприятий, круглых столов, конференций, участие в работе федеральных экспертных площадок. Важное направление работы Лаборатории – популяризация космических исследований и профессий в сфере космонавтики.

В сентябре 2026 года во Владимире в рамках Международного дискуссионного клуба «Диалог» состоится глобальный форум на актуальную тему «Развитие мирного космоса как фундамент международной стабильности», где продолжится открытое общение между его участниками, укрепление стратегического партнерства между странами и развитие взаимовыгодного многопланового сотрудничества в области мирного космоса, консолидация международной стабильности и обеспечение безопасного и эффективного использования космического пространства для всех стран.
There is a lot of interest in the Club, and its geographic reach and membership base are constantly expanding. The topics discussed at its meetings are relevant and important for many countries.
The club discussed global challenges and issues related to improving the quality of life of the population, the preservation of cultural heritage as a means of strengthening statehood, global environmental issues, ensuring environmental security, water management practices, and combating drought, threats to national and public security in the digital world: from cybercrime to intelligence systems.
Representatives from Russia, China, Tajikistan, Sri Lanka, India, Belarus, Morocco, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan are participating in the Dialogue.
In today’s world, space is becoming an increasingly significant factor influencing international relations and security. The exploration and use of outer space open up new opportunities for scientific discovery, economic development, and national defense. At the same time, space exploration is fraught with risks and challenges, including the potential for the militarization of outer space and conflicts over resources. There is a growing need for international cooperation and agreed-upon rules of conduct in space to avoid conflicts and maintain the peaceful use of outer space.
Therefore, the discussion of peaceful outer space and its development at the international level is becoming increasingly important for maintaining stability and security around the world.
In early 2026, the Space Law Laboratory was opened on the basis of the Vladimir branch of the Presidential Academy. It plans to hold scientific and practical events, roundtables, conferences, and participate in federal expert forums. An important focus of the Laboratory is making space research and careers in the field of astronautics popular.
